Street Sleek

street sleek

I love a good baseball tee and a pair of slouchy boyfriend jeans. And because “street sleek” is so on trend for this Spring, I’ll be rocking my street style more often!Β

My favorite part of this outfit (besides the top knot of course) was pairing leopard print heels with a ripped up black and white baseball tee. So many people are afraid to mix patterns and textures. Trust me when I say…you shouldn’t be! Fashion continues to progress in such an eclectic way. We no longer have to stick to the super conservative, matchy matchy look when putting an outfit together. The key is not going crazy with it! Stick to mixing 2 prints or patterns. Anything more than that is distracting. And we want to “attract” not “distract.”

When I’m not wearing jogger pants, I’m usually wearing a boyfriend jean. A slouchy boy jean is likely the most popular jean style out there right now. They can be dressed up or down and incredibly sexy! Pair them with your favorite heels for street sleek day look or a night look. Pair them with flats or sneakers for a more casual vibe. The possibilities are endless!

I find myself wearing my wrap bracelets more and more the past couple of months. They were a staple with every look I had a few years ago and I’ve recently added them back in. I love doubling them up and wearing on both wrists. Makes me feel like I could jump on a Harley Davidson or take Steven Tyler’s place in Aerosmith or something haha!

If you’ve yet to try a top knot…please try one! I’ve rarely come across any female (or male for that matter) lately that doesn’t look good with a top knot. And its really easy! Pull your hair half way up but leave a few pieces around the ears. Take the hair you’ve gathered and twist it into knot or messy bun. Secure with bobby pins and you’re all set! Try not to think too much about it as this is supposed to be a messy, carefree look. Top off with a red lip and get ready to turn some heads ;-).

Much love! xoxo

I do believe all of the ideas you’ve offered for your post. They are really convincing and can definitely work. Still, the posts are too brief for novices. May you please prolong them a bit from subsequent time? Thanks for the post.
